About Us
Welcome to LTO Tracker PH, an independent guide built to help vehicle owners in the Philippines understand and follow their LTO plate, registration, and license processes without the confusion.
We started this website because tracking a plate, finding an MV File Number, or figuring out the LTMS portal often means digging through scattered forum posts, outdated Facebook groups, or long waits at an LTO branch just to get a straight answer. Our goal is to put that information in one place, written in plain language, so you can find what you need in a few minutes.
What We Do
LTO Tracker PH publishes step-by-step guides and explainers covering:
Each guide is written to answer the specific questions vehicle owners actually search for, based on common LTO procedures and publicly available information.
Our Approach
We review each topic before publishing, focusing on accuracy and clarity over speed. LTO procedures, fees, and requirements change from time to time, so we periodically revisit our guides to keep them current. If something changes on the official LTO side, we aim to update the relevant page as soon as we’re able to confirm it.
We also try to write the way we’d want something explained to us without unnecessary jargon, and with a clear next step at the end of every guide.
What We Are Not
LTO Tracker PH is an independent, privately run informational website. We are not the Land Transportation Office; we do not process registrations or plate applications, and we do not have access to LTO’s internal systems or records. For any official transaction, always use the official LTO website, the LTMS portal, or visit your nearest LTO office. You can read more about this in our Disclaimer.
